  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ cup non-dairy milk

Cook oatmeal on stovetop. When done, place oatmeal in blender and add non-dairy milk. Blend for about 30 seconds, until fairly smooth, but still a bit chunky, like banana bread! Pour into glass and devour!
