You'll find everything you love about traditional spicy carrot cake in this smoothie, but made with real, nutritious ingredients that you can feel good about. One medium sized carrot contains 210% of your daily vitamin A needs, and is a good source of vitamin C, calcium and iron. Combined with raw vanilla LivWell protein, this smoothie will fill you up and help recover and repair muscles.


  • ¼ cup soaked and pitted dates
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 2-3 scoops vanilla LivWell protein
  • 2 medium diced carrots
  • 1/3 cup non-dairy milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger
  • Optional toppings: walnuts, coconut flakes, oatmeal, more cinnamon


Combine all ingredients in processor or blender and combine until smooth. Serve immediately and garnish with toppings if desired.
