With only 3 ingredients, this chia seed pudding layered with Vanilla and Cacao LivWell protein is naturally sweet, thick and creamy. It is also completely vegan and gluten free. Make this the night before to wake up to a decadent breakfast loaded with nutrients!

Ingredients

Vanilla layer:

  • 2-3 scoops Vanilla LivWell protein
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)

Cacao Layer:

  • 2-3 scoops Cacao LivWell protein
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
  • Optional: if you have a strong sweet tooth, you may add stevia or agave to either layer for extra sweetness!

Instructions

Using 2 separate cups, pour in almond milk and chia seeds in each. In 1 cup, add Vanilla LivWell protein and in the other, add cacao LivWell protein.

Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and properly blended.

Store covered in fridge overnight for the thickest consistency, or up to 3-5 hours.

Serve chilled with toppings such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or granola.
