Making your protein bars at home is your best bet if you want to eat real, healthy foods. Store-bought protein bars are packed with chemical ingredients and added artificial sugars that aren’t beneficial to your health, despite what they claim. These protein bars are 100% natural and make an excellent nutritional snack, especially after your favorite workout. The ingredients in our bars are not only high in easily-digestible protein, but also pack in a ton of antioxidants, are a great source of healthy omega fatty acids, and contains many health vitamins and minerals.


1 ripe banana

½ cup coconut oil

3 tbsp organic maple syrup

4 tbsp cocao powder

½ tsp organic vanilla extract

1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt

¼ cup chia seeds

1 cup coconut hour

¼ cup + 1 tbsp

3 scoops LivWell

Optional: 2-3 tbsp nut butter of your choice


Melt the coconut oil, and mash the banana in a separate bowl.

Combine all ingredients (including coconut oil and banana) into one large bowl and mix until

well combined.

Spread in 8x8 pan baking dish and firmly press down.

Freeze for about 15-20 minutes, or until hardened.

Keep in refrigerator until ready to eat.
