Protein cookies for breakfast?! These raw, hazelnut cacao cookies made with cacao LivWell protein are fudgey, delectable, and perfect to dunk in vanilla LivWell. Made from the finest, organic ingredients, these are quick to make and don’t require baking. They are low in fat and good source of protein, dietary fiber, iron, riboflavin, and vitamin E.


  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 1 ½ cup cashews
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 2 scoops cacao LivWell protein
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 scoop vanilla LivWell or 1 tsp vanilla extract


Combined nuts in processor until reaching a flour consistency. Then add the dates, and pulse until well combined. Add cacao, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla. Blend together until reaching a dough-like consistency. Roll into cookie shapes. Can be warmed up at a low temperature to make a warm fudge-like cookie, or can be kept in the fridge.
