Get your daily dose of health in this nutritious, dessert-like smoothie. Pears are a great source of fiber, vitamin B2, C, E, as well as copper and potassium. Did you know? The Chinese once considered the pear as a symbol of immortality. The destruction of a pear tree symbolized tragic or premature death. Not to say that this smoothie will make you live forever, but it must be pretty dang healthy for them to believe such a thing!


  • 2 scoops vanilla LivWell
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp allspice (powder)
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • 2 pears
  • Handful of ice
  • Stevia to taste

Combine all ingredients in processor or blender and combine until smooth. Enjoy!
